At the WCED Awards ceremony, Oude Molen achieved the accolade of being the ‘Technical’ high school with the 2nd best pass rate and the best Mathematics pass rate in the Western Cape.
Moreover, the 2 top learners in Mechanical Technology, who also produced the only distinctions in the Western Cape, were also from Oude Molen. Our Technical department further showed its prowess by achieving a 100% pass rate in the Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Technologies.
Ebrahim Gasnola was our Dux with Edmund Esau and Heritier Sonde following in 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
